“RISE/overlords”

Created while navigating the energy of overlords that I felt had a hold on how the world around me moved. Overlords that fabricate reality to create illusions of safety and order, overlords that want us to boil down complexity into binary, guiding us to point fingers at each other while while trying so hard to maintain their invisibility, overlords that succeed in remaining invisible to so many,… list goes on.

This painting helped me shatter some personal overlords of that time, and ever since, reminds me I can do it again!!!!!!!! And so can u <3
